Hello survivors, it's time to start playing! While we're going to have a loose plot moving forward, these initial weeks are allocated for characters to settle in. Explore the area, talk to NPCs, ask questions, claim an apartment, figure out your niche, whatever! Enjoy the slice-of-life while it lasts, because it's not going to last forever. Everything is set up and for now, supplies are somewhat plentiful. If you have injuries, go see Kei. If you need something, go see Morna. If you have technical skill, go see Carey. If you want to join security or need to turn in a weapon, go see Jags. If you've played on the TDM, you can either take it as game canon or not depending on if the other character is in game! Anything with an NPC can be considered canon. Thank you for your support all this time, and we hope you all have fun!

I'm Kai and I've got Merlin here (yes that Merlin, like from Camelot and stuff) and hopefully Hester (withinwires, nerdy art historian from an......... interesting false utopia universe) soon and I'm on plurk at unfroyharper if you don't already got me added! Merlin's getting set up to be a field medic, so he's a guy you probably want to get along with! Luckily he's pretty easy-going most of the time. When Hester's in, she'll be helping to run comms. Both of them are primarily non-combatants buuuuuut if pushed they can both get up to some fucked up shit. (unsure plurk emoji)

Hi Kai! I've got a journalist from a different zombie apocalypse who will... probably like Hester, may be more skeptical of Merlin because, I'm sorry, Merlin, really. There's no way. Georgia's a bit of a skeptic despite coming from a world with zombies. They're very hard science zombies, okay?

Anyway, looking forward to playing with you! Georgia's going to be trying to set up a newsfeed type thing so I have no doubt she and Hester will have things to talk about.

Hester's deal would be more with the walkies and keeping track of everybody out on runs, but she does have a nice voice for radio!
